New planning tool for starting and running a business and adds to the suite of business tools from Business.gov.au
Business.gov.au has launched a new business planning tool to help new and existing businesses create a tailored business plan.
The tool enables you to evaluate a new business idea, set goals for the year ahead or keep an existing business on track.
Users can create a tailored plan in 30-60 minutes.
It adds to the suite of tools from business.gov.au, which help you with essential business functions such as:
- Creating a marketing plan
- Developing a business succession plan
- Performing a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) analysis
- Financial reporting and tracking, including balance sheets and cashflow statements
