This year’s theme for International Women’s Day is Changing Climates: Equality today for a sustainable tomorrow. The Accelerator for Enterprising Women put the spotlight on two entrepreneurial women: founder of El Adrift Swimwear, Ellana Pierce, and our very own CEO, Alexi Boyd.
Ellana Pearce is founder of El Adrift Swimwear and one of the five Accelerator for Enterprising Women Kickstarter Challenge finalists. She desired to create a brand that aligned with her values and vision for the future of fashion, ocean conservation and the movement back to conscious consumerism, introducing El Adrift.
